I had the same experience as the others with the rude staff when McCool was running the business. The rude hygienist told me that this is going to be the last time he will do the fillings otherwise they would not be paid by my insurance and that they would be doing the work pretty much for free after this. Its been 3 years since I been there and I just lost another filling this morning. I do not know about Dr. Dague. I would be willing to giving her a try once I get some funds saved up.

Dr. Dague had been my provider for years and has always done such a great job that I followed her from her old office when she took over this one. She is professional, pleasant, and genuinely seems to care about her patients! Please note that all the negative reviews were written before she took over the practice.

Receptionist was extremely rude! Everytime I have been in there she has had an attitude as if I'm making her work and she is annoyed. She can't even answer a question without rolling her eyes. Terrible.

Had an appointment on a Wednesday which is the day they do appointments only, they didnt show up to the office, i waited 30 minutes and nothing.
