I will recommend getting copies of any Xrays and receipts to avoid any lost paperwork in between appointments. She is super busy and I can imagine this happening very easily OR her xray machine is just too old and faulty. When I paid for an xray (that she had to retake twice because it wasn't working) only to find out when I returned in the future this girl, Nancy, is pitching me the EXACT SAME sales pitch about getting an xray WHEN I ALREADY HAD PAID FOR ONE. Dr. Nancy is the best!!! She was able to help with my stiff neck. A pain that I have endured for years. There is no bone cracking involved but gentle work that takes its time but shows results. I am someone who got used to having that constant pain but she helped me so much that now I am at a stage where I don't feel it anymore. She also makes sure that you understand what's happening and makes you feel comfortable during sessions. PS- She is fun to have a conversation with.

Ms. Nancy is the best chiropractor in Ottawa. She is not someone you would find on social media, nor will she do cracking stuff that is popular these days. Instead, she applies actual science, and her experience in use to find the correct way of treating you. Her process takes a bit of time, but it works 100%. No shortcuts, no risky maneuvers, just a gradual, systemic approach that will always work.

She is a very experienced doctor. She treated my chronic back and neck pain by adjusting the misalignment of my vertebral discs. She also cured my joint cracking issue. I highly recommend her to anyone with chronic pain.

She's the best of the best!!!!! I will recommend getting copies of any Xrays and receipts to avoid any lost paper work in between appointments. She is super busy and I can imagine this happening very easily. As a single mother on disability, I can only recommend this to avoid paying for another xray especially if you're dealing with an injury, like myself. Other than that, 5 stars 🌟 still. Just keep your own paper trail to avoid miscommunication. It's not worth the extra stress mentally and financially.
