She Saw me for 5 minutes both times and still have problems . Never going back
I would give her no stars if it was an option. I was seen multiple times over a 12 month period. My concerns were dismissed as DRY SKIN. It was a terrible mistake diagnoses..it cost me a year of misery. Thank goodness I'm now seeing Dr Tafeen in Greensboro who advised I gave a serious condition that needs treatment..not common and NOT dry skin..be aware. They don't care!
Thirteen years ago I visited this office and saw Dr. Hall. Determining never to see him again, I was disappointed to find that this office of dermatology is the only one accepted by my insurance. I reluctantly made an appointment with his associate, Dr. McConnell (not a relative). I waited an hour for five minutes with Dr. McConnell to check an unusual skin tag.
