I only went to them because I received good service a couple years ago. They installed a pool pump and didn’t even start it for me for 300. Then it’s a slight leak when I did start it. When they came to fix my sand filter today after waiting two weeks they did not come with any damn parts did not order any laterals and I had to email them the model number. I am very disappointed and pissed off. Wasted two freaking weeks waiting for them to do nothing I drained my own water on the filter
Called and asked for a quote on a new pool liner. Making the appointment was fine. Very friendly. After they came out and took measurements, I called a few days later and asked for the quote. They said they would email it to me. Never got the email and have called and no one answers the phone. Am I suppose to wait all summer?

So disappointed with the new management at McConnells - From the lack of professionalism with the little girls who answer the phone to not honoring the product they’ve installed. Feeling that my families safety doesn’t matter to the new management is a real concern to me.
