Will never give them business again. They installed a brand-new gas water heater at my house in 2021. I came home to a garage that smelled like gas on the day of the install and had to call the gas company out to identify the issue. The gas company quickly saw that McConnell overtightened the gas line that runs to the control valve and cracked the valve nut causing a gas leak. I called McConnell and they came out and fixed the issue, but I could tell they used a second hand, old control valve (picture attached) to replace th... read more
This is a fantastic company. Everyone, every time has been helpful, honest and dependable. I have had the privilege of using them on several of our homes and commercially, I will not think of using anyone else. If you’re looking for a company that does what they say they will, stands behind their work, and honest, do yourself a favor and call them for your problems.
Chuck is awesome at what he does from boilers to residential systems.
