Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question.
