I was able to get in the same day. The staff was so accommodating and nice. Once I got there, I was taken back immediately and Dr McConnell came in quickly. I was so relieved she was able to help and was professional and friendly. So glad I ended up calling, absolutely recommend
The office was efficient, the staff were so pleasant, and the wait time was minimal. Despite the waiting room being full, it appeared to me that one patient at a time was taken back to the exam room and shortly after the patient left, the next patient was called. My appointment was at 11:15 and I was seen approximately 11:20. This is unheard of. Dr. McConnell is very pleasant and efficient with her explanations and treatment options.
This practice has a positive vibe as you walk in. That vibe comes from the sincere and kind front office staff. Dr McConnell was great. She was informative, professional, efficient and kind. I’m in the right place.
