The poor ratings appear to be attributed to the staff and communication with patients. Excessive wait times without communication, and it appears no empathy by the staff.
I went to see Dr McConnell for a surgery consult. She was kind, attentive and talked me through what she would be doing for my surgery. Her office staff had me scheduled for surgery before I left the office. I left feeling confident that I was in good hands. 🙂
Dr. McConnell is wonderful!! I had a previous doctor who missed my issue and caused me considerable problems. Dr. McConnell knew immediately what was happening and acted promptly. I can't thank her enough for helping me and continuing to support me. She is extremely knowledgeable and gets things done. It made a huge difference in my health!
