The check in staff was discussing my husband's living will and ordering take-out at the same time. They were much more interested in the take out. That should have been our red flag to walk out. Went in for a routine screening since I'm a high risk patent. My mom was diagnosed at 45, with colorectal cancer. I was told that I would hear back with the results in 10 days, it's been almost a month and still haven't received a call. I've called and left messages with no return call. Very upsetting that they don't call when promised and don't return phone messages that are left from patients.
