Poor service and not recommended – The heat did not work on my a/c heat unit. I explained the problem to Chris(supervisor in the office) and he sent out a tech to replace the contactor. The tech discovered the actuator wasn't working either ( to switch the cold over to heat and vice versa). He came back in a couple of days once they received the part. After the tech installed it, the main unit had both hot and cold air flowing out when the temp was set to heat. After several phone calls back to Chris the tech said that was j... read more
