Dr. McConkey and her team are amazing. As someone who is brand new to the world of Keratoconus, they made me feel relaxed and right at home during my first appointment. They were patient, encouraging, and offered resources to help me as I begin the road to better vision with scleral lenses. I have nothing but confidence that this will all be worth it and I can’t thank McConkey Eye Care enough.
As a semi-retired optometist visting the office for my wife's dry eye problem, it was a very pleasant and refreshing experience. Dr. McConkey and her staff provided personal world class, state of the art care that was lacking by larger famous eyecare clinics in Baltimore. Anyone with frustating dry eye issues would be well served by their service.
I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciate Dr. M. I have severe dry eyes and she is doing everything possible to help me. If something is not working, she switches things up. If you have dry eyes, I cannot recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond and I know you will not be disappointed
