I like Dr. McConkey and their staff and my eyes have improved 60% A lot of people are really happy with her. Beware of the high ticket services. The $70 eye rinse did nothing. My biggest regret was sclarel lenses. I spent $3000 out of pocket for them. Dr. McConkey said that some people need more than 5 sets of lenses to get the right fit. Great! Guatentee. You may have dry eye and not even realize it. I didn't realize how badly my eyes hurt until Dr. McConkey started treating me, and all of the pain that I was so used to disappeared. I can tell that she genuinely cares about my comfort and the health of my eyes. It's getting harder to find doctors that you don't have to advocate and fight for yourself - she's your biggest advocate and will do everything she can to help you live comfortably. Dr. McConkey and her team are amazing. As someone who is brand new to the world of Keratoconus, they made me feel relaxed and right at home during my first appointment. They were patient, encouraging, and offered resources to help me as I begin the road to better vision with scleral lenses.
