Blake Barnett repeatedly advanced statements and arguments in court that were not accurate. This approach backfired and worked against her/him/they/them She presented herself as a strong courtroom attorney, but that was not reflected in the performance we saw. She laughed during proceedings, which drew the judge’s attention, and the inaccurate statements also drew the judge’s attention in a negative way. Billing was extremely high.
