I made two separate e-mail inquiries (weeks ago) on one of their listings and never received a response. With this possibly being representative of their professional behavior, I would never purchase a property from them, not having trust that they'd do the right thing nor enabling bad behavior. With this behavior, could they be scorned realtors?

I was instantly at ease with Starla, and her expertise was invaluable. She was patient, kind, and provided the perfect balance of support and guidance, while still listening to my personal wants.
