I worked with John from the parts department. He was very helpful in sourcing a diesel wire harness for me. He offered VIN verification and I turned him down, believing I already had the right part number. Well, I ordered the wrong part, and even though it was a special order and not easily refundable, John still worked with me on getting the right wire harness for my f-250 and helped me on a credit for the previous part. He didn’t have to, but he did. Thanks John.
