Very good service experience
I went to McCombs Ford West to buy a car, and a salesperson who introduced himself as Isaiah Ovalle assisted me. I honestly wish he hadn't. Isaiah was dishonest and misleading throughout the entire process. Instead of helping me, he repeatedly gave me incorrect information, which only caused confusion and wasted my time. I'm genuinely surprised that McCombs Ford West employs someone so unprofessional. If it were possible to give Isaiah Ovalle negative stars, I would give him -10 stars. 10/10 experience, our salesman's Heron & Ershad were great ! Never liked going to a dealership but we will both be going back for our next purchase ! (Finance literally took 5min) super fast, super friendly & overall they have a super team!
