they will not answer the phone
This place is joke, all you get is the run around while your health declines
You can never get a person to answer during normal working hours
This place is a complete joke compared to the care I've received from other VA facilities. They never answer the phone, return a call, or even answer calls from doctors they refer you too. They put the very minimum into anything they do when it comes to medical care. I had to call their Washington D.C. complaint line just to get an appointment after breaking my leg. They told me they receive numerous complaints on this office. Veterans deserve a lot better than this
