The plumber, Pat, was respectful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. I needed a water heater swap—replacing the old unit with a new one—and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. The plumber was great. Respectful and professional. I needed a fix on a leaking back flow pump. I’m a new home owner and probably could have figured it out myself but they charge 150 an hour for their service (minimum 1 hour). I asked how much the parts were and they said 50$ bucks so I said go ahead and fix it. I got the invoice and it was $290: $150 for time and $140 for parts… so I paid 3x what the part really costs for overhead?!? I practically never write reviews, but we feel it’s worthwhile to share our experience. I want to clarify that we had a seamless experience prior with McComb fixing a cracked sprinkler pipe. They were quick, efficient and professional. Shortly after though, on May 27th, they did repair work in our home. By June 4th, we discovered a major leak in our basement due to something not being installed correctly.
