Today was my first visit ever sense Dr. G left. I been going there for almost a year. Then today i met the new Doctor who took over. Dr. P something. Sorry i cant pronouse his name. Anyway. I WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN. HE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A NOBODY. HE WAS VERY RUDE HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF MY ISSUES. WHEN HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE AN INJECTION FROM HIM RIGHT NOW. This was my fiance's first visit with Dr.Povlovic today, and I've never ever seen a doctor act so unprofessional, his bedside manners where HORRIBLE! Dr Povlovic kept interrupting my fiance everytime she was trying to answer a question that Dr.Povlovic would ask. My fiance's GP said she would need long-time pain management, so this was the closest pain management facility she could get into, i wanted her to go to Pekin pain clinic but they won't see people in Monmouth anymore cause of the long drive and people kept missing a... read more
Staff is great bit Dr needs a better bed side manner and maybe come in with a different attitude
