My first time ever closing was the worst experience I ever had with the woman from Mccolly,who was overseeing the closing, she was rude and nasty with her attitude. She walked into the room and told us all to be quiet ,That's how we were greeted.. my father who was with me, fell on the property as he was walking in and hurt his shoulder really bad and this woman never once asked if he was okay or showed any interest in my 72-year-old father falling. Will never recommend this company. Looked at a house tonight that was listed with them and it’s was already under contract. Our agent was never contacted to cancel the showing. A complete waste of time for our realtor and us.
This is one of the best real estate firms in the area. -1 star because every time I go in the house they sold me I see remnants of my ex-wife.
