Don't trust this location. They assured me that the seller was aware and would make any home repairs before closing. Nope! After I paid for a home inspection, all of a sudden the seller was unwilling to make the repairs. Hmmmm, looks like they got a free home inspection. However the property was contingent 2 days after my accepted offer got rejected after the home inspection.
