Can not get response on getting issues fixed after a year and half
Cant get a response for anything covered under the home warranty. Multiple issues with the house.
Exceptional builder! Is always receptive to my feedback and ideas.
My husband and I had a great experience building with McCollough Homes. Carla, the designer, was very helpful at explaining and showing us what was available. We never felt rushed to pick out anything without time to think and consider all our options. Christian, the field manager, always addressed any concerns that we had in a timely manner. Building hiccups will happen but they both were pros at dealing and solving them. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful home.
