This is the lowest rating I can give, the saleswoman didn’t seem interested in doing her job at all. They are not actually a buy here pay here like they advertise, no prices on the vehicles at all. The whole sales staff just sits in their offices on their phones. Terrible experience all around
They sold me a lemon they lied about repairing vehicle had me drive car all the way to dealership only to lie about everything
Where do I start lol. Well I was in need of a reliable SUV first time leasing and really wanted something nice so I stumbled across this company and searched the inventory which was pretty big so I decided to call and spoke Ms. Monica OMG this young lady was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from start to finish from having great customer service, patient, and caring. Probably one of the worst service in American history. I would rather get slapped with a wet sandpaper then hear them make excuses on why they damage my car when they're supposed to fix it. Then tried to "bribe" me with $50 from going to my insurance company about it. Yep. You heard that right. $50 whole dollars. Welp, it's to late for that now since one of the ladies that work there was super hostile when that deploy didn't work. Never doing business with them again
