My husband and I recently worked with Chris Bauer at McCluskey Chevrolet at King's Auto Mall. We ordered a Malibu since there were none available with the features we wanted. Very helpful
I purchased a car. Temp tags expired 6/20. I have made multiple attempts to contact Linda via email since she is the person I did all of my business through. It is now 7-7 and I still haven’t received the m title to take to the DMV. I also haven’t received any call/ email response for the last 5 emails I sent. Seems to me that once they make the purchase they don’t care anymore. Very disappointed
I purchased a vehicle in February, have called Dave at Colerain location to discuss some options, I have called numerous times with messages left to return my call. Three days have passed, no return calls!
