Garret and John were phenomenal to work with!!! They gave us a great price on a trade in and helped put my husband in a truck that he loves! They were patient with our kids also (big thanks lol) and have taken care of every need/question we’ve had. We’ve been using McClurg’s for service for a while now but this was our first vehicle purchase there and it literally couldn’t have gone smoother. 10/10 recommend.
I had a great experience at McClurg’s and highly recommend asking for Garrett if you’re looking for a new vehicle. I was looking for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee L, and Garrett actually searched all over the country until he found the exact one I wanted. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Garrett and John McClurg were absolutely amazing to buy my truck from! Right from the moment I walked in until I drove off the lot. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle I recommend you stop in. Also if you’re in need of service on your current vehicle Steve and the boys are honest and knowledgeable to deal with.
I stopped in to schedule a service appointment for a check engine and throttle position light. I was lucky and they were able to get me in that day. Unfortunately I was already at work and driving my work vehicle. They said they could go get it. They went to my workplace to pick up the vehicle, fixed it, and returned it same day. Very grateful for the good customer service.
Avoid the McClurg at all costs necessary. Went in for warranty work and to have rain guards and running boards installed and they had my truck for almost twelve days. They went through three sets of rain guards because they couldn't install them right damaging the seal on my window in the process then told me there was no way the damage was from them.
