I stopped in to schedule a service appointment for a check engine and throttle position light. I was lucky and they were able to get me in that day. Unfortunately I was already at work and driving my work vehicle. They said they could go get it. They went to my workplace to pick up the vehicle, fixed it, and returned it same day. Very grateful for the good customer service.
Avoid the McClurg at all costs necessary. Went in for warranty work and to have rain guards and running boards installed and they had my truck for almost twelve days. They went through three sets of rain guards because they couldn't install them right damaging the seal on my window in the process then told me there was no way the damage was from them. They also are extremely reluctant to stand behind they’re work and has been extremely difficult to get them to fix they’re mistakes
