Friendly environment, good food and great beer selection. I consider myself a fan of bbq so my only criticism would be to not use so much apple cider vinegar in the brisket. I definitely would recommend and return in the future.
McClure's catered our wedding reception at NOLA Brewery and it was AMAZING!! Many of our guests said that it would was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! Favorites included the brisket, mac-n-cheese, and smoked chicken. The ribs and pork were delicious too! We are fans for life!
The tables we had to choose from to sit were dirty. I had the three meat plate with two sides. The Ribs were good, the Brisket tasted like it was soaking in grease all day, the pulled pork was bland, the sauces we're gritty, the rice was ok but the bar b que beans were under dome. I could have given it back but I'm always afraid of people doing something bad to my food if I did. My friend who's a big Foodie said he would never return.
McClure's Barbecue has a 4.4 star rating with 181 reviews.
