My wife and I moved to Round Rock in July. She needed a compounding pharmacy for one of her medications and being the problem solver, I found this one. In July, they were pretty good, had no problem transferring the old RX. September rolls around and my wife needed a refill - we must have called at least a dozen times - during business hours, and the phone rolled over to VM every time and no return call.
