No communication. I talked with someone on November 19th that said he’d pass my information along- nobody called back. I followed up on November 20th and left a voicemail- nobody called back. I tried one last time on November 21st- again, nobody called back. I’ll find a company that prides themselves not only on their work, but also communicating with their customers.
