I called at 4:30pm and he had guys out the next morning at 9:00am. Pat was very kind and the service technicians were wonderful. Pat thanked me several times for calling them, he seemed very grateful for the business, which is rare these days. We use our fish camp 3 times a year and we got here and the heat wasn’t working. 🙁 The unit is 20 years old and they didn’t try to upsell us on anything. They also didn’t “find another problem!” Again, rare! Haha Fixed the burnt breaker and on their way! 🙌
These people were great! I live in Escatawpa and an hour on Saturday morning from the time I called he had me cool! He was very polite and knowledgeable! I hope i never need him again, but if I do, I'll call him!
I would highly recommend using this company. Very friendly, very knowledge and very clean with their work. Didn't mind helping with setting up the app on my phone and registering my unit for warranty. Everyone was very respectful and worked hard. I would recommend them to everyone. Will use them for any issues i have from here on out.
Super service !! Heater quit on Saturday called Pat McClure we decided the ole Dinosaur’s were done ! Monday morning 2 new units being installed super fast and on budget. Family owned business that works together like a fine Swiss watch. Highly recommended!!
Last year I had an air conditioner put in my home. It was recommended a up to date A.C unit that was an energy saver. Let me tell you it is a great unit and I would by another one. Thank you McClure heating and air.
