Discovered a hugh ball of plastic and blue tape that had been thrown in the back seat when I got home.Would not take personal check, even though that was never disclosed until we arrived to pick up truck. We were told by Alex that check verification equipment was down and several other untruths before finally being told that a couple of weeks earlier they established a new policy saying that personal checks were no longer excepted. First there were delays because you were redoing your driveway, then the job had to be redone because of debris on the repair site. I would have rescheduled the repair if only you had communicated with me.
