Unfortunately I will not be back next year to send another package. Two years in a row she has put down a random name on the package when we went over a few times of the name this package belongs too and how important it is to get the package to the right address. We ordered flowers for my mom's funeral in November, and requested a fairly specific look, and listed several types of flowers we didn't want included (which are often generously used in standard funeral offerings) as well as an overall feel.
