I wish I could give this place 0 stars because that's what they deserve. I had some imaging done at Ascension, paid them $236 for the visit and thought I was done. 6 months later, I start getting texts from a collection agency on this offices behalf. Turns out, the initial bill was for hospital services only. This new bill is for the radiologist who probably read my results for 15 minutes. I’d like to highlight Linda with MCB Radiology as an absolute Star in her assistance of a recent bill my mother received. The way the bill was initially handled by the billing department (call center) honestly felt a bit like a scam from random text messages with click here to pay links and no prior statement for reference. After finally receiving a paper statement and calling the billing center number listed, we were left with even more questions than answers. So, we followed up with the insurance to triple check.
