View is spectacular, food enjoyable, service poor. Waited 40 mins for our drinks. Water and soft drinks. This was our second visit. Service poor at first visit. Thought just a bad night. Guess not!! Reservations both times. Won't return. If you go be sure you have lots of time. Just under 2 hours to complete meal.
We enjoyed lunch, dinner & then breakfast here while we stayed at the lodge. Reasonably priced and tasted like a country home-cooked meal. Our servers Erin & Travis were great & the view was just spectacular. We'll be back!
I really enjoyed this restaurant, the host was very nice and our waitress Bailey "2nd day she's worked there" did an excellent job! The food was delicious and the scenery was breathtaking! Definitely will go back!
First time visit and dinner today- absolutely amazing- both the views and dinner!! I have lived in East Tennessee since for 40 years and have visited many places-must say- this may be my favorite place now!
I ordered the grilled chicken breast. It wasn't grilled or hot. It was clearly pulled out out of an oven box. Very small portion was left feeling unsatisfied. The view is nice but the food is really overpriced.
Thank you so much for excellent service and good food for our large car group for Sunday lunch. When the group increased from under thirty to 38 you continued adding chairs and tables quickly without a hitch. This group of Mini owners came from all over the east side of the country and Canada too. All were impressed with the view and food and service too. Thanks again.
The view was absolutely stunning, the restaurant was gorgeous and the steaks were amazing BUT and a big BUT! Our service was absolutely HORRIBLE and we encountered one of the most unfriendly servers ever! We made a 2 hour trip for this experience! However, the view made up for the slow, rude service! We had something to keep us occupied! 6-27-16 @ 6:00
This was our first trip of many, many more to come! The ribs, filet and shrimp were fantastic! The view was amazing and make sure and visit the sky bridge! What a great place!
