This is an absolutely wonderful shop. My husband needed some work done on his truck and from the moment we walked in Michelle was absolutely wonderful. We never felt pressured into anything and felt that the entire interaction beginning to end was extremely transparent and honest. I highly recommend the service departments ! All Makes has the best Advisor Michelle and Techs like Drew and Derek, they listen to you and are more knowledgeable then licensed dealers I think at times . Greg at McCloskey service Center and his techs are just as amazing! Greg was really helpful throughout the process! He kept me informed and helped me through the warranty process. He and the mechanic explained to me the issues with my car in such a nice way- no “man-splaining” (lol) or making me feel dumb about not knowing. It felt great to be shown the issues in a clear digestible way, and I’ve never had that experience at a maintenance shop before! I'd heard good things about how McCloskey treats veterans, so I dropped by on a hunch to get a quote on some minor cosmetic work I can't do myself anymore on my truck. It was around lunchtime, and Dom and Brad were finishing up another vehicle. I pointed out what I wanted done; they said, "That's it?" then knocked it out in less than 10 minutes and put me back on the road.
