Greg was really helpful throughout the process! He kept me informed and helped me through the warranty process. He and the mechanic explained to me the issues with my car in such a nice way- no “man-splaining” (lol) or making me feel dumb about not knowing. It felt great to be shown the issues in a clear digestible way, and I’ve never had that experience at a maintenance shop before! I'd heard good things about how McCloskey treats veterans, so I dropped by on a hunch to get a quote on some minor cosmetic work I can't do myself anymore on my truck. It was around lunchtime, and Dom and Brad were finishing up another vehicle. I pointed out what I wanted done; they said, "That's it?" then knocked it out in less than 10 minutes and put me back on the road.
Greg in service is amazing! Very professional and informative. I appreciate his knowledge and willingness to share the information.
