If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is so non- transparent and they are rude to you after the purchase. I bought a 2021 Kia soul and wasn't provided a Carfax report which shows the vehicle was in two accidents. I tried telling the salesman, Shawn Carroll, and he told me it was included and to have a nice day. Just blowing me off as usual. But it wasn't included.
