Came in after my car died for a diagnostic, explained the symptoms/warning lights and told them the fuel pump had already been inspected and found to be good so the problem had to lie elsewhere. After waiting two hours, found out all they had been doing was letting it run with a fuel pressure gauge attached (which showed good because fuel pump) and did nothing else. Asked if they looked at the ETC or air intake since the ETC was one of the lights that came on, they said no and was told it'd be another two hours and not cover... read more
Give them no stars if I could, trash people, not helpful at all, would never buy a car from them again. Even purchased the warranty and had every light on my dash come on but no one would do anything. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Literally the worst dealership in the springs, run far away!!
Kody & Andrew did a great job with my Tonneau cover for my truck for a quick and smooth installation will def swing by around again if I need any help for any installations for a car 👍🏽👍🏽
Stopped by to see about trading my car, waited almost an hour, occasionally being told that someone would be right there with me. Finally took my car in to be valued, filled out the paperwork for a trade, then had to leave cause they were closing, without finding out the value of my car. Eventually got a letter saying they didn’t get all my information. Several months after buying a vehicle elsewhere, continue to get phone calls from them asking if I’m interested in getting a car from McCloskey despite saying no.
