4 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service Everyone was friendly and helpful in the office, but it took me three trips there to get on the schedule, and I had to call and ask when they wanted the car dropped off, and had to call about when the car would be done, and again the day it was done to see if I could pick it up. Room for improvement on communication. I got a text hours after I picked up the car saying it was ready
