Ever since Angie left, this place has gone downhill. She always handled things quickly and made sure residents were taken care of. Now the new management is unresponsive and doesn’t stay on top of anything. The pool has been closed for months with zero updates, even though it’s a main amenity listed in the lease. Under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1324), landlords are legally required to maintain all facilities, including pools, in working and safe condition.
