I've been an amputee for 4 years now. I was sent to mcclave Orthotics 4 years ago. He is a wonderful guy Dean, the owner and operator. At one point he even bought parallel bars to my home and left them with me for several months to help me with my walking. He ( Dean) is a great person. Even with all of his help, 4 years ago I decided to have a pitty party, about loosing my leg (abk), and at that point I decided Im not going to ever walk again. I’ve been an amputee for just under 26 years and my last socket was so incredibly well made and comfy that I wore it for nearly 8 years ... so when it came time for a new leg with a new CP in a new state ... I was a little leery ... they had a pretty high bar to make it over ... but they (McCleve’s) are knocking it outta’ the park. I took my newest check socket for a final test drive this weekend and it looks like a winner ... we’ll be making it permanent soon.
Dean and his team are incredible. It was hard to find a doctor to take on my 5 year old son. We struck gold here, he is so passionate about what he does, and it translates into his work and relationships with his patients and team. We are so excited to see Gunner flourish! Thank you so much!
