Appointments are months out doctors will cancel appointments on you same day with no prior notice. Even with phone appointments they never reach out. There primary care team is horrendously slow and unorganized I have had multiple appointments where the doctor doesn't reach out or is a whole hour late
Over the years I have had nothing but excellent service in this small clinic. Don’t come here if you have an emergency. This facility is comparable to an upgraded Urgent Care Clinics. They have no inpatient capability or ambulance to transport you to a hospital emergency. The VA clinic at the lower level can accommodate you if you are a Veteran. Staff never answers phone.
the Primary Care here is good. Have had no issues. Its a hit or miss though, so should always ask for another provider. Between all the clinics, only real issue is with BHC.
