Staff never answers phone.
the Primary Care here is good. Have had no issues. Its a hit or miss though, so should always ask for another provider. Between all the clinics, only real issue is with BHC.
I was hesitant to leave a negative review, but after my experience, I feel it’s important to share. I saw Dr Marks (PRIMARY CARE) Unfortunately, I did not find him to be a good fit as a primary care physician. He came across as robotic and impersonal, with little to no effort to establish a connection. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and people skills. I initially ignored some of the previous reviews, hoping my experience would be different, but unfortunately, I had a similar experience.
I give veterans affairs at this location a five-star rating due to my chiropractor AJ figarillo . He is absolutely an outstanding human being thank you sir !!!!
