My retainer developed a crack and after I removed it to clean it, I misplaced it. I immediately phoned the office after which I found the defective retainer. The staff was very accommodating by having a scanned image (new machine) prepare a new retainer without my having to come to the office for a fitting. An appointment was scheduled for Dr. McClellan to fit the new retainer at no charge. The problem was solved very well.
Orthodontist appointments are always on time and fast. The office always has fun things for the kids like contests, incentives and trinkets (pens, water bottles, etc). They do a great job of engaging the kids. They also have iPads for siblings while your waiting so I never mind if I have to take my other kids too. Overall a great family oriented practice!
Fantastic service! Warm, friendly staff, expert orthodontists, and a real commitment to the community they serve. 3 members of our family have been clients. All 3 are very satisfied!
