Child #2 is just beginning her orthodontic journey and of course we are happy to continue with McClellan & Sagun as we continue an exceptional experience with Child #1. Dr. Sagun's "chair side" manner is wonderful. The flexibility of having two partners that work together seamlessly is helpful. Dr. Sagun and assistant Patti gave a thorough examination and consultation. All of our questions were answered and we were well informed at how greatly orthodontic treatment has advanced even just in the last 15 years. We greatly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the whole office. Excited to begin treatment for 2 of my children next week!

We sought out the McClellan and Sagan practice, because of the wonderful experience a good friend had. They had difficulties at two other practices that use palate expanders and finally found McClellan and Sagan. Our consultation was with Dr. Sagan, who is great with kids, answered my many questions about their approach to braces. I left feeling so well informed and satisfied in their competence and haven't wavered in my opinion that they are a great practice. My retainer developed a crack and after I removed it to clean it, I misplaced it. I immediately phoned the office after which I found the defective retainer. The staff was very accommodating by having a scanned image (new machine) prepare a new retainer without my having to come to the office for a fitting. An appointment was scheduled for Dr. McClellan to fit the new retainer at no charge. The problem was solved very well.
