Edited review - They chose to remove a set of laundry appliances from each corridor so now there’s only ONE washer and ONE dryer for 12 apartments that all have 2+ people living in them!!! I can never do laundry here anymore and am having to go to the ONE laundromat that Marshall actually has. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
All these employees and nothing gets done around here! You ask for maintenance and you MIGHT see them in a week or two, then another week or two until the issue actually gets resolved. A tree fell in front of my building days ago and is blocking parking spaces from use, do you think the office or management care? Nope, it’s still affecting residents from being able to park in front of their building as it’s still just laying in the same spot.

I’ve lived here for a while now, and it’s a very nice complex. The apartments are nice, it’s quiet, and decent price. Definitely can’t complain. There are new office ladies - Lisa and Alicia - and they’re really helpful. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone!
