I stayed in an apartment in Bowling Green, Ky from Sept 2023 until my lease termination in Nov 2024. I even paid the remainder of my lease when I was relocated. This complex decided not to use that information and instead went back 7 years to a dispute that I had with an apartment complex, before I bought my house. Made no sense to me, but ultimately their decision.
My garbage disposal was broken and the maintenance. Fixed it.
They don’t turn the heat on and it’s 20 degrees outside definitely wouldn’t recommend
Still have not gotten screen door or window screens back, been 3 months. Allows smoking in units and smoke can come through the walls.
