I get to my appointment 30 minutes early for my 9:40 appointment that’s an hour away from where I live to be informed that my appointment was changed to 10:40. I was never given a call about this change. The admin at the front desk had terrible attitudes and the African American one rolled her eyes at me before the conversation between her and I even started. Here I am at 10:11 still waiting to be called back. This clinic is out of order.
By far the worst experience I've had ever in dental medical field. 0 respect for patients input or acknowledgement of pains. I have tried on 2 different occasions to get my dental health fixed and been told on both occasions that I was wrong. Not happy at all with my experience here.
My experience with both the receptionist (Caucasian heavy set with freckles) and the dentist (Asian male) was disappointing. Their demeanor makes one feel like a burden rather than a patient deserving of care. Veterans depend on your professionalism and compassion, and no one should be treated in a way that undermines their dignity. It is concerning to experience such disregard. Respectful and compassionate service should be the standard. Commitment to excellence, obviously not there. I hope this issue is taken seriously.
This location is hit and miss. Would recommend a second opinion after visiting here. Most unprofessional experience. Bad vibes. Do not come here!
