I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks straight to no avail.. I was promised a property and I drove all the way from Dover to Wilmington to meet with the landlord. He promised me I could move in the same day but he wanted the money up front without giving me the key he said people were painting in the house and were not allowed to go in. He then walked in the house and never came back out aarwpainpainting
Retired slumlord cop, and His wife is the"receptionist. They hire addicts as Maintenance.
You have to call several times make many attempts to get simple repairs done and nobody knows about the prior calls you've made. Currently awaiting a response from repair request initiated in Janurary its now July with excuse after excuse. Calls an text for rent come like clock work.
They don't fix nothing
