Had a septic done early this year (2015) in wintery conditions. Appears to be working properly however I had to remind them of contractual obligations in order for things to progress correctly, i.e. removal (not simply crushing) of old tanks and inspection verifications (prior to continuing). Although we realize this line of work is likely quite demanding and impromptu, we feel this does not warrant the very poor communication experienced throughout.
