I really appreciate the time that Lindsey takes with me. she does really listen. The staff is very friendly I appreciate everything about this office except one. I wish this to go to the administrator of Summit Pacific Medical center I dislike intensely the fact that I cannot call the office of my doctor directly. That I have to speak to a switchboard operator and tell her personal medical information and Hope that she is able to get the information sent directly and correctly to my doctor's office. Had an appt at 10AM, checked in at 9:40 to elma clinic to be told to go across parking lot to wellness center third floor. I go there to be told my appt is in mcleary and the other person told me wrong. They sent a message to mcleary stating I was on my way. I get to mcleary at 10:11 AM and was told the provider will not see me and i have to reschedule. This appt was scheduled two months out and took time off work and drive from olympia. This the second time the receptionist has been rude to me. It is one of the ladies that checks people in and she has been there for at least a few years. The first time we were 5 minutes late and I had called on the way up to let them know and/or reschedule. I was told on the phone there was a 10 minute grace period. She was very rude and explained why we were too late even though I told her what I had been said on the phone on the way to the appointment. She said she would see what she could do and left. Came in for lab work this morning and the phlebotomist was so great that I didn’t feel a thing. Great customer service and an inviting atmosphere. Thank you for making dreadful visits a great experience!
