This the second time the receptionist has been rude to me. It is one of the ladies that checks people in and she has been there for at least a few years. The first time we were 5 minutes late and I had called on the way up to let them know and/or reschedule. I was told on the phone there was a 10 minute grace period. She was very rude and explained why we were too late even though I told her what I had been said on the phone on the way to the appointment. She said she would see what she could do and left. Came in for lab work this morning and the phlebotomist was so great that I didn’t feel a thing. Great customer service and an inviting atmosphere. Thank you for making dreadful visits a great experience!
No one likes going to hospital , yet they also have Urgent Care
Lindsay is Absolutely amazing.
By far the best doctor I have ever had, both my old one and new one from this facility. They actually listened to me and helped work through any problems I was having. It's hard to find doctors that actually care about you as a person, but I can tell the ones here do.
