Very responsive and very nice. Explained what he was gonna do and it's holding up due to a leak in skylight. It's been 5 months ago . My bad I forgot to leave a good review. I recommend this business to anyone. Very good and nice man (Brian) . He came out when no one else would contact me back. Thanks again
Very pleased with the service received. The owner is very responsive, fair and does excellent work. We had a small leak that was difficult to determine. Brian (owner) responded promptly when contacted, explained things well and was determined to get it properly repaired. I am glad that I heard about McClain Roofing and Siding through word of mouth. We would recommend this business.
These folks came out to my parent’s house to give an estimate on some work they needed done. The man who came out was dealing with my (white) mom and was cordial and ready to give an estimate and proceed with scheduling until my (black) father came home and then suddenly decided he “couldn’t do the job.” If you’re a decent person who opposes racism, I would highly suggest going with a different company. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Disgusting behavior.
If I could give this guy 0 stars, I would. He came out to give us an estimate for a job and he was telling me what it would take to make the repairs in great detail. My husband came home about the time he was ready to give me an estimate and when he saw that my husband is a black man he suddenly couldn’t do the job. He said he was booked for at least a year! If he’d been booked for that far ahead he wouldn’t be wasting his time coming to our house. I’m pretty good at finding something good in everything and in this situation... read more
