They showed up late, were here 10 minutes, and charged me \$279 for installing a part which, after checking around with other local companies, was at least \$100 more than other companies. When I called the company, they were very unapologetic, just saying that they went by the standard book price. I will not call them again. A shame, too, because I wanted to use a local company.
