Wow!!!!! All I can say is Shane McClain is most definitely a lifesaver. My 86 year old mother’s air went out. I called Shane late that evening and he was promptly there the next morning and diagnosed what was wrong. Unfortunately, he could not get the parts for a few days. He went over all the alternative options And since her unit was over 15 years old we decided to go with a brand new unit.
