After getting a quote from a reputable AC contractor, I posted on Facebook that I was looking for a AC company to replace my system. I had a friend reply and mentioned McClain AC. I called him and he gave me a quote that was several thousand dollars less than my previous quote and included the whole HVAC system. The first quote did not mention the heating system. I have used McClain AC for several years and have never been disappointed. Shane is a wonderful person- honest, dependable, and fully stands by his work. I recently had my whole unit replaced and the job was completed quickly (including the removal of the old unit). There are alot of HVAC companies in the area, but the best one is Shane with McClain AC.

Wow!!!!! All I can say is Shane McClain is most definitely a lifesaver. My 86 year old mother’s air went out. I called Shane late that evening and he was promptly there the next morning and diagnosed what was wrong. Unfortunately, he could not get the parts for a few days. He went over all the alternative options And since her unit was over 15 years old we decided to go with a brand new unit. He had to go to New Orleans to get everything he needed And showed great concern about my Mother’s comfort. He arrived at my mother’s ... read more
