The care center on Beach has changed so much. They have cancelled my appointments 3 times and making other appts weeks away from the original. I called the pharmacy to get prescriptions refilled that the Dr would refill but I got an ugly voice message saying the Dr said to go back to your other Dr who prescribed it. Conviva Dr has been refilling my meds for my.lungs for over 16 months now everything has changed there...I have to find another primary MD as I am so disatisfied with the care and additude..it's a shame as Ioved ... read more
My care is always great, if being seen by Dr Rosa or Kim Brew. I feel like I'm their only patient. I know there is a time limit, but if they run over time and you can wait a few more minutes they will come back to finish up. I have never seen doctor that care so much. Usually you're being so rushed you can't even remember what you were saying to them because of their interruption. You would need to be a patient to understand this kind of care. They are the best. And I thank them.
I saw Dr Rosa on Tuesday and within 24 hours I was feeling LOTS better. Thank you Dr Rosa.
Everyone at Conviva is very friendly and helpful especially Ieasha, my go to person with my questions and concerns. She was able to go to Fran with other questions she knew could help me further and Fran was also amazing. Thankyou! I love coming here.
