Impossible to get hold of your primary and cannot see your primary except booked months in advance. This place has gone downhill in last few years. Forget about a consultation concerning your meds or follow up consult after being prescribed. You are put on long extended holds and eventually give up trying to talk to a real person
The staff are great. The nurse practitioner refused to help me with a medical problem. Yes she referred me out But my problem was immediant. Should have been addressed that very day. In addition to not helping with that issue. She didn't do anything about my bronchitis. The 1st course of antibiotics did not get rid of it. This was the main reason I had the appointment. I was able to see the dr after I complained. I went home with no help.
I have to give you a star because it won't allow me to post I would give you zero Stars I went there in November to do blood work I am still waiting to get the results back they're not telling the truth they put a hold on that blood work until it all came in I'm tired of the crap I would not recommend to go to this doctor's office at all I will tell all my friends and family not to go there because they can't tell you the truth

Ashlee Satterwhite is AWESOME at the University Blvd facility! From the moment you walk into the building she greets you as a friend. This is an excellent office for all things in senior health!
