Mi madre, una señora de 80 años con múltiples limitaciones, visitó Conviva Senior Primary Care - Hallandale Beach el día de ayer y la experiencia fue profundamente decepcionante. Desde su llegada, la recepcionista la ignoró completamente, la trató de forma despectiva y sin ninguna empatía, y en ningún momento mostró disposición para ayudarla, a pesar de que era evidente que necesitaba asistencia. It's a pleasure going to this center. The front desk staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Raya has a way of making you feel better as soon as she walks into the room. Thank you all very much for all you do!!.

Place is total chaos and trash. I have seen animal hospitals run better than this dump! Constant issues with no follow up or accountability. No one ever returns calls for patients OR providers. No sense of urgency. It is a full time job to correct their mistakes. Go anywhere BUT HERE! The incompetence of the staff is remarkeable and about the ONLY thing they are consistent with. AVOID at ALL costs. These people are going to kill someone, if they haven't already.
